Conference Registration

Registration fees and payment details are now finalised. Details of the plant tour choices will be sent to people who indicate an interest in this on their registration forms, as the visits are dependent on the number of people interested in attending.

Registration fees include attendance at technical sessions, printed proceedings, an electronic copy of proceedings on CD, daytime refreshments, lunches, welcoming refreshments on Sunday evening, conference dinner on Tuesday evening, and a hot air balloon ride (weather permitting). Dinners and breakfasts are included in the accommodation cost of those delegates staying at Glenburn Lodge. Wireless Internet access will be made available (at no additional charge) in the conference area, from about 6am to 10pm every day. Prices are quoted inclusive of 14% VAT.
